It is recommended to replace the battery after using the product for 6 to 8 months to avoid the problem of the safe box door not opening due to a dead battery or damage to the insurance box caused by battery corrosion.

What to do if the battery power is low or power off?

1: The lock will give a prompt sound when the battery power is low. Please replace the battery in time after receiving the prompt.

2: Find the external emergency battery box, install the battery; insert the external power box into the bottom hole of the lock, connect the power supply to open the door, and replace the insurance box battery.

3: If there is no external power box, please use the main key and emergency key at the same time (please note that the keys vary depending on the lock type) to open the door and replace the battery.

Note: The main key, emergency key, and external power box must not be placed inside the insurance box. They must be properly stored.
